This is a FREE event for Parents, Educators, Self-Advocates, and Professionals to learn more about Adult Services & Transition Planning.

The event is for professionals and families of transition-age young adults (14-25 years old) to learn more about the service and program options for young adults who have recently exited high school or are in high school and planning for their transition into adult services in Westchester County or the surrounding area.
